By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which Talent Factree collects, treats, and protects the personal data provided to it through the website www.talentfactree.com  (hereinafter, the “website”), as well as the personal data provided through its connection and browsing through the website (hereinafter, “browsing”) and any other data that may be provided to Talent Factree in the future.

The User may contact Talent Factree, attaching a copy of his/her valid identity card or passport, at any time and free of charge, in order to:

    • Obtain confirmation as to whether Talent Factree is processing personal data concerning the User or not.

    • Access your personal data.

    • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

    • Request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

    • Obtain from Talent Factree the limitation of data processing when any of the conditions provided for in the data protection regulations are met.
